Shipping Policy for The Pantry HV

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
Occasional shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
